Parts are sold in new or as good as new condition. To inform you about the condition of each part we provide badges on the details page: "OEM new" or "refurbished". This means that some parts are impossible to procure as new because they simply are not being manufactured any longer or are not available as new. In this instance we will provide like new or refurbished parts and guarantee they will function as new parts.

Every part we sell is quality control passed! We guaranty to ship in working condition. We inspect each unit before shipping.

parts-and-tools.com ships from multiple facilities. Most of orders will be shipped from Hong Kong directly, but some orders may be shipped from mainland China to provide you the best quality for the same price. Due to our QC our average handling time is 3 to 5 business days (before shipping). All orders above $30.00 are shipped free of charge worldwide. Orders to USA, UK, EU, AU requre 5-18 business days for delivery, rest of the world delivery time may vary.

Business Days are Monday through Friday. Weekends and or holidays are not included is shipment estimations.

All parts are sold under warranty. Replacements will be issued for any non functioning, defective, or incorrect parts received by customers. We require that customers fill out and submit a Warranty Authorization Form within 30 days of receipt of product. All requests received after 30 days of receipt by the customer will be denied.

Return of original product prior to replacement parts being shipped Is mandatory. Parts-and-tools.com customer service will inspect the part on being broken by the customer or being installed inproperly. If after the inspection, returned parts are found to have been damaged by the buyer, or are found not to be defective or incorrect it is the customers responsibility to pay return freight back to their location. We can only hold parts for 14 days after we notify buyer that their claim has been denied. 14 days post all returned parts are liquidated at the customers loss.

Refunds and exchanges are available for 30 days after you receive the package. Return of original product being shipped Is mandatory prior to replacement or refund.

We do supply some of installation instructions, but we can't be responsible for damage to equipment or parts.

Parts-and-tools.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if we has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
